Nothing is kept in stock. Everything is baked fresh on a weekly rhythm, so it always arrives at its best.

Orders placed Saturday to Wednesday join this week's list. Thursday or Friday orders roll into next week's bake.

Baked Thursday evening and Friday morning, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting.

Meet Klover

Cookie Coven is a one-woman kitchen in Whitchurch, Hampshire, run by Klover. Everything is baked by hand in small batches, in a home kitchen rather than a factory, with proper ingredients and a little theatre.

Every order is made fresh the week it's placed and posted straight to your door, so it arrives exactly as it left the oven.
