Orders placed Thursday or Friday join next week's bake list. Only a limited number of orders are baked each week.
How It's Posted
Every order is baked fresh on the week's bake day and sent the same Friday by tracked next-day delivery, carefully boxed to travel well. Postage is calculated at checkout from the size of your order — larger, heavier orders cost a little more to send.
Delivery Times
Posted Friday morning to afternoon, aiming to arrive the next day. Because everything is baked to order, the bake and post dates shown at checkout are the reference for when it leaves the kitchen.
Shipping Only
Orders are posted UK-wide. Collection and cash payment aren't offered; everything is ordered and paid for online, then sent to your door.
Freshness & Returns
As everything is freshly made to order and perishable, returns can't be accepted. If anything arrives damaged or not as it should, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and it'll be put right.
Allergies
The kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soya. Everything is baked to order with care, but an allergen-free environment can't be guaranteed. Add any allergy notes to your order, and get in touch with concerns before ordering.
