Orders placed Saturday to Wednesday are baked this coming bake day. Only a limited number of orders are baked each week.
How It's Posted
Every order is baked fresh on the week's bake day and sent the same Friday by tracked next-day delivery, carefully boxed to travel well. Postage is calculated at checkout from the size of your order, so larger and heavier orders cost a little more to send.
Delivery Times
Posted Friday morning to afternoon, aiming to arrive the next day. Because everything is baked to order, the bake and post dates shown at checkout are the reference for when it leaves the kitchen.
Shipping Only
We post UK-wide. We don't offer collection or cash payment; everything is ordered and paid for online, then sent to your door.
Freshness & Returns
Everything is freshly made and perishable, so we can't accept returns. If anything arrives damaged or not as it should, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soya. We bake everything to order with care, but we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. Add any allergy notes to your order, and get in touch with concerns before ordering.
