The kitchen it comes from
Cookie Coven is Klover, one oven and a set of scales. Nothing sits in stock waiting to be sold, and the kitchen is registered with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. Every box that goes out was mixed, rolled and baked earlier that same week, which is why there are only ever so many, and why yours turns up days old rather than months.
Where your box goes
Everything goes by tracked Royal Mail, so the nearest towns are the easy ones. Andover, Basingstoke, Overton, Winchester, Newbury, Tadley and Alton are a short hop from the postbox in Whitchurch. Further down the county, Southampton, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Romsey and Fareham are just as straightforward, and all of it is sent the same way.
Outside Hampshire entirely? Boxes go anywhere in the UK. Postage goes by weight at checkout, so you see the real figure before you pay.
Posting one to someone else
Plenty of boxes never reach the person who paid for them. Tick the gift option, write a card message, and it goes straight to their door, wherever in the county that is. Boxes come in 9, 18 or 27, so you can scale it to how well you know them.

Do you deliver cookies in Basingstoke, Andover and Winchester?
Yes. Everything goes by tracked Royal Mail from Whitchurch, so the whole county is covered. Andover, Basingstoke, Overton, Winchester, Newbury, Tadley and Alton included, along with Southampton, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Romsey and Fareham further south.
Can I collect my order from Whitchurch?
No, there's nowhere to collect from. Cookie Coven is a home kitchen, not a shop, so everything is posted, local or not, and ordered online.
How long does delivery take within Hampshire?
Boxes go in the oven Thursday evening and out in Friday's post, tracked next-day. Order Saturday to Wednesday and you're in that week's bake. Thursday or Friday and you're in the next one.
Are you a registered food business?
Yes, registered with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. Everything is baked by Klover, the head witch, in her own kitchen in Whitchurch.
Do you post outside Hampshire?
Yes, anywhere in the UK. Postage goes by the weight of your order and is confirmed at checkout.
