Two Simple Rules

Orders placed Saturday to Wednesday are baked the coming Thursday evening / Friday morning and posted that Friday.

Orders placed Thursday or Friday join the next week's list, baked and posted the following Friday.

Before You Order
Can I customise my cookies?
Yes, every box is built to order. Pick your box size, choose chocolate chips or a plain base, then add a special chocolate for extra goodness. Pick two and both go into the batch, so every cookie gets a bit of each.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes. Tick 'Send it as a gift' when you build your box, say who it's to and from, and write a message for the card. Put their address in at checkout and it goes straight to them with the note tucked in beside the cookies. Add their email and we'll tell them it's coming, or leave it blank to keep it a surprise.
What chocolate can I choose?
Kinder, Chocolate Orange, Galaxy or Magic Stars. One runs right through the box, or pick two and we blend both into the same batch, for the same price either way.
When will my order arrive?
Baked on Thursday evening and Friday morning, then posted the same Friday by tracked next-day delivery. Most UK orders arrive over the weekend. Exact bake and post dates are shown at checkout.
Why don't you ship immediately?
Because nothing here sits in stock. Everything is made fresh to order on the week's bake day, so it reaches you at its best rather than off a shelf.
What if I order on a Thursday or Friday?
You'll join the following week's bake list. Order Saturday through Wednesday and you're on this week's bake.
How is everything sent?
Carefully boxed and posted from Whitchurch, Hampshire by tracked next-day delivery. Postage is calculated at checkout from the size of your order.
How do I know how much I can order?
Each week has a set batch size, and stock ticks down as orders come in. There's no running total on the site, but if you try to add more than what's left, the basket won't let you. If you want a bigger order, get it in early in the week (Saturday to Wednesday), since stock for that week's bake goes fast.
