Plain flour (wheat, gluten), butter (milk), light brown sugar, free-range egg, chocolate (milk, soya), vanilla, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt. Special chocolates (Kinder, Chocolate Orange, Galaxy, Magic Stars) all contain milk and may carry traces of nuts.

The house staple, endlessly customisable and always delightful.
The signature bake: golden at the edges, soft in the middle, and generous with the chocolate. Chocolate chips come as standard; add a special chocolate over the top to run right through, or pick two for a 50/50 mix. Or go plain underneath, and let the special stand alone.
