Vegan vanilla sponge (wheat flour (gluten), sugar, plant butter, vanilla, baking powder) and vegan icing. Flavour cores and toppings: Nutella (hazelnuts, milk, soya), Kinder (milk), chocolate orange (milk, soya), Biscoff (wheat, soya), Oreo (wheat, soya). Biscoff and Oreo are vegan recipes, though their makers note possible milk traces. Made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs.
Cake Pots
A personal cake, baked in its own little tin.
A whole cake scaled to one person, baked in its own small tin. Every pot starts the same: vegan vanilla sponge and vegan icing. The flavour runs through as a core — Nutella through the middle, Oreo crushed into the icing — and each pot is finished with its cookie or biscuit on top. Biscoff and Oreo pots are made entirely with vegan ingredients; the rest pair the vegan sponge with a flavour that contains milk.
